Appointment

The Appointment stage formalizes the information management obligations. During this phase, the high-level tender strategy is converted into a detailed, contractually binding set of delivery plans (TIDP/MIDP) and responsibility matrixes.

Implementation Note: The MIDP is the primary document used by the Lead Appointed Party to manage the flow of information across the entire delivery team. It is compiled by aggregating the individual TIDPs from each task team.
